Hi Gang! A few words from Russ:
Driving into town to see a country show
I’m still miles away, but I can see the glow
From city lights so bright,they sure light up the sky
I can’t wait to get there- I wish this truck could fly!
I’ll meet some friends I’ve known a while..Fans who just like me,
have to have their weekly fix of the band they love to see.
Musicians, why we just don’t know, have never made it big!
They should be making millions,but we’d sure miss this gig.
If they all moved to Nashville, got famous overnight,
What would we do on weekends, nothing would seem right.
So appreciate their talents..hand over your twelve bucks
Enjoy the songs and don’t forget…Give thanks for our good luck!!
